Getting Help with Wireless Laptops & Using E-Service Account for Ruffner Classroom Computers

• To use wireless services, you must register your computer.
• To use a secure, wireless connection, you must download and install a certificate available from ITC.
• ITC provides drop-in hours in Clemons and Brown Libraries for students to get help with their wireless laptops.
• An E-Service account is required to log into any of the computers in the Ruffner classrooms!
